Scope of work
Bathroom and toilet: removal of old finishes, preparation of walls and floors, installation of sanitary equipment, underfloor heating, and plumbing in accordance with modern standards.
In addition – complete finishing of the kitchen and hallway: painting walls, filling and leveling surfaces, plastering if necessary, and laying laminate flooring throughout the apartment.

Technical solutions
New water supply and sewage systems were installed, taking local conditions into account. Floor insulation and efficient heating systems were added for areas with increased comfort requirements. Moisture-resistant coatings and materials that meet bathroom standards were used.

Materials and quality
We used moisture-resistant panels and ceramic tiles for the bathroom and toilet, high-quality laminate for the living areas, and water-based paint with a low content of volatile substances. The entire interior finishing was carried out in compliance with requirements for surface flatness, secure fastening, and durability.

Technologies and methods
Putty was applied throughout the apartment to ensure optimal wall flatness, with plaster mixes and rendering adapted to the ceiling height. Underfloor heating was installed using a modern mat/heat transfer system.
