We operate nationwide. While our primary hubs are located in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Den Haag, we take on projects across the entire country. Our regular support is available 24/7, year-round.
For a high-quality “turnkey” project, we recommend budgeting between €750 and €1,500 per m². This covers everything from structural prep and technical engineering (NEN standards) to premium finishing and bathroom installations. For historic canal houses requiring foundation work, costs may be higher.
A standard 100m² “all-in” apartment renovation takes about 6 to 10 weeks from site prep to final handover. However, if a permit is required, the planning phase can add 3-5 months. We coordinate all trades to eliminate the “contractor gap” and stay on schedule.
If you are making structural changes (removing load-bearing walls), modifying the facade, or building extensions, you will need an environment and planning permit. Minor internal work is usually permit-free, but our team always checks your address via the Omgevingsloket to ensure 100% compliance before we start.
